If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of package purchase , you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a gift certificate to attend a future procedure. We will do our best to accommodate your needs
No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time result in a $50 cancellation fee or the loss of one of their sessions of a treatment package (whichever is the greater value)

All consultations are $100 if no service is completed.
ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
We recommend arriving at least 10-15-minutes prior to your appointment. Please allow for additional time to fill out paperwork during your first appointment with us. Certain procedures and services require additional time to prep your skin such as laser treatments, cosmetic injection, and ultherapy. For these procedures, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Preparing for your first visit to Laccura Medical Spa is exciting! During your consultation, we’ll discuss everything from your personal goals to budget, skincare routines, and more. All consultations are $50 to be paid before the consultation begins. This balance can be applied towards any services or products you purchase during your consultation. During personal consultation we collect detailed medical history and create a precise complex of recommended procedures that will optimize external beauty and harmonious internal wellbeing.
Laccura Gift Certificate purchases are not refundable and expire one year from date of purchase. All services are non refundable once treatments begin.
